Sons of Lur

Sons of Lur was the working title of a novel idea I was working on from 2010 – 2011.

Status: uncompleted

Set in the fictional land of Rhegan and it’s surrounding territories, the story follows the quest of Ifan to find the fabled sword of Lur and free the land from a dark sickness that plagues it. Aided by his sister’s husband and a deeper connection with a strange woman, he fights his way to the heart of the Labyrinth and uncovers a greater secret which threatens to unravel the world as he knows it. With an assorted cast of Rangers, ladies and the odd Rider, Ifan does not fight alone. For he is never alone as a Son of Lur.

I’m still working on a blurb for the book, but this is probably the best you’ll get until I actually finish it and without giving away spoilers. So, The story itself can be split down to about 4 main threads with characters who weave back and forth. These are: Ifan, Alrissa, Falcon and Alecto.
